-8 hours is the maximum service duration, starting from the chosen time. -Items will be placed on the ground floor only, placing games in the basement & upper floors are conditional on the size of the stairway (Please contact customer care if this case is applied). -Cannot be placed on sand or near the beach. -Please check the product dimensions to ensure it will fit through any doors/entrances, and that there is enough flat surface area for it. -Changing the place of the item is not allowed after the installation is done. -No refunds will be accepted on the day of delivery.
