-Installation can only be done on the ground floor & basement. Installation is subjective to the product dimensions. To confirm that the item fits you can book and review the possibility of installation and dimensions with our customer service. -Installation cannot be on a beach spot where the water can reach the product. -Moving the product is not allowed and the client is responsible for any damages that might happen if it's moved. Please check the above notes, as no refunds will be accepted on the day of delivery.
